Truck & Tractor Pull
Competitors can arrive anytime after 8:00 am on Thursday, July 3rd. We will have staff parking Pullers during the day as some areas may get congested.

The JunctionTown Showdown Pro Pulling Truck and Tractor Pull will take place at 6:00 pm in the grandstand each evening on Friday, July 4th, and Saturday, July 5th, 2025
The opening ceremonies for the Truck & Tractor Pull begin with a Skydiver presenting the colors at 5:45 pm
There are five classes of competitors:
- Mac Trailer Hot Rod Semis
- Pro Stock Tractor
- ARP Super Stock Diesel Trucks
- Pro Modified 4WD Trucks
- Kawasaki Parts 95 Limited Pro Stock Tractors
Entry Fees
This Truck & Tractor pull is a Sanctioned Pro Pulling League event.
Truck & Tractor pull fees are all paid to the Pro Pulling League. Entry fees and rules are on the Pro Pulling League website.

Diversified Towing & Recovery in Osceola, Iowa, is the official towing supplier. They can provide mobile truck repair, towing, and transport for your semis, tractors, and trucks. Thursday, July 3
- Roll In, park, and display any time after 8:00 am
- Food vendors setting up after 1 pm
- Non-judged light show at dusk
- Vendors setting up in the Clarke County Fairgrounds Event Center. Open bar from 5 pm until 11 pm
Friday, July 4
- Truck Show Registration begins at 10 am and continues until 6 pm. Truck show Ballot judging starts Friday at noon and continues through Saturday at 11 am
- Judged truck light show Friday night dusk through midnight
Saturday, July 5
- Truck Show Registration 8 am-10 am
- Truck Show Rags down at 10:30 am
- Truck Show Ballot counting starting at 11:00 am
- Awards and presentations starting approximately 12:30-1:00 pm in the Clarke County Events Center
Judging
Truck show Ballot judging starts Friday at noon and continues through Saturday at 11 am
Judging will include People’s Choice and Trucker’s Choice.
Peoples’s Choice voting will be done with ballots provided to fans at the Truck show. Each truck will have a registration card displayed in the passenger side window of each registered truck. The fans will then be able to walk around with voting ballots and fill out the registration number on the ballots of each class they are voting for. The ballots will then be turned to the ballot box for counting at the JunctionTown Showdown merchandise trailer.
Peoples Choice classes are as follows:
- Top 5 bobtail
- Top 5 Combo
- Top 3 bobtail lights
- Top 3 combo lights
Truckers’ Choice awards are only voted on by contestants in the show! These include:
- Truckers Choice Top 3
- “Old School Kool” Only one truck to be selected.
Entry Fees
The Truck Show entry fees will be $75 for the Bob tail and $100 for combo.
With each paid entry to the truck show, the contestant will get 2 meal tickets for Friday night and Saturday night. The meal will be served from 3 pm to 4:30 pm both nights at the Fairground show barn.
